Check your Azure Application's Client Secret Expiry
Outlook and SharePoint functions may cease to work if the client secret associated with your Azure App has expired. To check and renew the client secret, follow these steps:

Go to the Azure Portal (portal.azure.com).

Navigate to the Azure Active Directory (AAD) section.

Locate and select the Azure App related to your integration.

In the App's settings, find the Client Secret configuration.

Verify the expiration date of the current secret and generate a new one if it has expired.

Update the client secret in your ZenContract settings accordingly.

Sign out and Sign in on the My Profile Page
To refresh your Microsoft Office 365 connection and resolve any potential token-related issues, please sign out and sign in again from the My Profile page within ZenContract. Follow these steps:-
Navigate to the My Profile page in ZenContract.

Locate the "Disconnect" button next to the Microsoft Office 365 heading and click to disconnect from your current session.

Once disconnected, click on the "Sign" In button to initiate the sign-in process.
