There are 3 types of Reminders you can create within ZenContract.
Admin -> Settings -> Reminders
1) Customer
2) User
3) Renewal
For Customer Reminders, you can determine how many Days you would like to remind your Customer to sign their contract.
2) The same reminder can be created for your Users, this will remind them that their Contracts are still in Draft and will need to be completed.
3) The last one is used for Renewal Reminders. These Reminders can be send to an Individual or those that are a part of a Particular Group.
You can determine how many Weeks and what day of the week you would like this reminder to be sent.
