In the ZenContract Editor, you have the capability to add 4 Customer Signatures.
In the Editor you will see Multiple Signatures
It will add 4 boxes and below is the Order for Signature.
#1 will be the Customer you are intending to send the contract to for signature. Signatures #2, 3 & 4 are additional signees that may be required by your Customer. It is best practice to arrange the Customer Signatures to not overlap each other.
When it comes to sending the email out, you will have the ability to add the emails of the other Customers that need to sign as well.
Only one Signee at a time will be able to sign the contract. If it is currently opened by one another signee a pop up window will notify you of this.
