Bulk sending in ZenContract allows users to efficiently create and distribute contracts to multiple contacts or customers simultaneously.
Process Steps:

Accessing Bulk Send Feature:

Navigate to the ZenContract home page.

Click on "Create Contract".

Enabling Bulk Send:

Locate the "Bulk Send" button on the lower right side of the screen.

Click on the "Bulk Send" button to enable the feature.

Selecting Contacts:

Click the green "Search" button to select contacts.

Start selecting contacts from the list. Selected contacts will be added to the bulk send list.

To remove a contact, click the "X" button next to the contact. To remove all contacts, click "Cancel Bulk Send".

Creating Contracts:

Once the desired contacts are selected, click "Bulk Send".

Select the template to use for the contracts. Note that the template will be the same for all contracts.

Enter a contract name. This name will be applied to all contracts.

Sending Contracts:

Review the templates and sections of the contracts.

Proceed to send the contracts to the bulk contacts by clicking "Send to Bulk Send" in the review and email section.

Confirmation:

After sending, ZenContract will create the number of contracts you selected to be sent to customers. For example, if you selected 3 customers, it will create 3 contracts individually for each.

Ensure to review the contracts and contact list before sending to avoid errors.

For different pricing, create different templates as there is no way to change pricing individually for each contract.
