Adjustable quantities in templates allow customers to modify line-item quantities before signing a contract. Follow these steps to enable or disable adjustable quantities per template in ZenContract:

Access Admin Section

From the home page, navigate to the Admin section.

Select Templates

Under Admin, select Templates.

Choose Template to Modify

Locate and click on the template for which you want to enable or disable adjustable quantities.

Edit Template Settings
-
Click on the "Options" button below the selected template.

From the drop-down menu, select "Edit."

Navigate to Template Details

Once directed to the Template Details page, select "Template Builder."

Access Workflow Rules

In the Template Builder, locate and select "Workflow Rules" in the top section.

Adjust Pricing Settings

Under Workflow Rules, find the Pricing row.

Locate the "Adjustable Quantities" field and enable or disable it as the default setting for the template.

Save Changes

Click "Save" to apply the adjustable quantities setting to the template.

Alternatively, if you wish to change the adjustable quantities for a specific contract before sending it, follow these steps:

Access Pricing Section

While editing the contract, navigate to the Pricing section.

Adjust Adjustable Quantities

Locate the "Adjustable Quantities" field in the Pricing section.

Modify the quantities as needed for the specific contract.

Save Changes

Click "Save" to apply the changes to the contract.

Please note that enabling or disabling adjustable quantities has no impact on integration with platforms like ConnectWise or Autotask. Customers will see the quantities entered initially but will have the ability to change them once they receive the contract. Upon receiving the contract, customers can preview it and click "Start" in the upper right corner to modify the quantities per line item.
