This document outlines the process for countersigning contracts in the contract page of the system. It explains the recent feature development that allows users to see in the contract status if the document has been signed by the customer, in addition to receiving an email notification.
Process Steps:

Settings Configuration:

In the system's Workflow Rules settings, under "Who Can Counter Sign this Template," if it is set to "None" or not assigned to anyone, the user who created the contract will automatically be the countersigner.

Customer Signing:

When the customer signs the document, the user will receive an email notification confirming the signing.

The contract status in the Contract Dashboard, under "All Contracts," will be updated to "Signed."

Countersigning:

To countersign, the user should navigate to the Contract Dashboard and click on the relevant contract.

Click on the "Counter Sign" button.

Follow the on-screen prompts to countersign the contract.
