Contract reminders
Implemented
- Notifications for 3 stages - Draft, Sent, Waiting Signature
- When Draft - Reminders should go to the user creating the document to remind them to send it out
- When Sent or Waiting Signature - Reminders go out to the customer
- Under Settings, notifications can be configured:
- Configure email text of User and Customer reminders
- Email template has a dropdown of merge fields to select from
- Set frequency of reminder - How often it happens
- Set Recurring or not
