Customer Onboarding

Thinking of the process after the contract is signed, currently we have a manual process to onboard customers using word documents, but it appears that Zen Contracts have the framework to do a customer onboarding process where the customer fills out the infrmation.

Is this something others would be interested in, or someone else doing this already?
