Allow Variables in Email Subject
It would be great if the email notifications would let you add variables to the subject line. For example, the client name or the contract name.
This would make it easier for an email parser to create tickets out of these notifications and assign them to the right customer.

This is a fantastic idea. It then allows those of us who use our PSA like a CRM to manage client communication though a single pane of glass. Failing that, having a 'reply to' address would be useful, this way if a client replies to a contract, it could go back to a ticket if the subject line included the ticket number.
